What does a roof cost?
Every roof is different, so the honest answer is that it depends. The size of your roof, how steep it is, and the shingles you pick all change the price.
The good news is you never have to guess. We come out, measure your roof, and give you a clear price in writing. It's free, and there's no pressure to say yes.
Do I have to file an insurance claim?
Not at all. Many of our homeowners pay for their roof on their own, and that's perfectly fine.
If a storm did cause the damage, your insurance may cover it. We'll look at your roof first and tell you honestly what we see. Then you decide what's right for you. We're happy to help either way.
What if my roof is fine?
Then that's great news, and we'll be glad to tell you so. We will never push you into a roof you don't need.
If yours has a few good years left, we'll say that too, and we'll let you know what to keep an eye on. You can always call us when the time comes.
How soon can you start?
Usually pretty quickly. Once you give us the go ahead, most roofs are on the schedule within a week or two, and sometimes sooner.
